We Are Hiring : Chartered Accountant (CA) for Accounting Firm

About the role
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed Accounting Firm in Kolkata looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and audit with excellent analytical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings and compliance
- Conduct statutory and internal audits for clients
- Provide advisory on tax planning and financial strategy
- Liaise with regulatory authorities including SEBI, RBI, and ROC
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely deliverables
- Oversee junior staff and article assistants
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI membership mandatory)
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (freshers may apply)
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Sound understanding of Indian taxation laws and Company Law
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
