Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years (Post Qualification)
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes, along with hands-on experience in Ind AS and consolidated financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Reporting- Manage end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management
Accounting & Compliance- Ensure compliance with Ind AS standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage consolidated financial statements for the organization
- Oversee lease accounting, warranty provisions, and related financial treatments
Taxation & Statutory Compliance- Handle Direct Tax and GST compliance, including filings and assessments
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances
- Liaise with external consultants and regulatory authorities
Audit & Controls- Manage statutory audits and internal audits
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies
Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting
- Expertise in Direct Tax, GST, and statutory compliance
- Experience in consolidation and MIS reporting
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
