Role Description
Open Position-1 (CA Fresher)
This is a full-time, on-site role for our office located in Model Town Delhi, India, for a Chartered Accountant. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing tax returns, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include providing financial advice, monitoring budgeting and forecasting, analyzing financial data, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization. The role will also focus on maintaining financial records and ensuring their accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST compliance, TDS filings, etc.)
- Handling statutory audits, annual GST audits, tax audits
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Assisting in audit processes (internal/external)
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis
- Coordination with consultants, auditors, and internal teams
- Willingness to research and review complex accounting areas as needed
- Maintain an intimate understanding of the current and developing accounting policies, procedures, and legislation, which keeps the department within the law at all times
