We are hiring a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to manage accounting finalization, audits, tax compliance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Package: Up to ₹13 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly account closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Finalize annual and half-yearly financial statements as per IGAAP and Accounting Standards.
- Ensure timely annual return filings and ROC compliance requirements.
- Prepare CMA financial data for banks and credit rating agencies.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, advance tax estimates, and TDS filings.
- Handle income tax assessments, scrutiny notices, litigation matters, and representation before authorities.
Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements as per IGAAP and Accounting Standards.
- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and DTAA regulations will be an added advantage.
