Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Vadodara. The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and budgets. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax regulations, conducting audits, managing accounting functions, and contributing to financial planning. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to provide strategic financial advice and supporting the company’s financial health and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements
- Thorough understanding of tax laws, auditing, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Experience in using accounting software and financial management tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
- Chartered Accountant certification or equivalent professional qualification is required
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Ability to adapt, work independently, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
