About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead financial accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory adherence, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Financial Accounting & Reporting

✅ Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records

✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

✅ Handle reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts

🧾 Taxation & Compliance

✅ Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

✅ File returns and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

✅ Coordinate with tax authorities and auditors

🔍 Audit & Internal Controls

✅ Support statutory and internal audits

✅ Strengthen internal control systems and processes

✅ Identify risks and recommend corrective actions

📈 Budgeting & Financial Analysis

✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

✅ Provide insights for financial planning and cost optimization

🤝 Stakeholder Management

✅ Collaborate with banks, auditors, and consultants

✅ Support management with financial data for decision-making

Qualifications:

🎓 Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI Qualified

🎓 B.Com (Preferred)

Experience:

💼 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, and accounting

💼 Industry experience in corporate finance / power / utilities / IT preferred

Skills & Competencies:

💻 Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel

📊 Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation

💡 Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

🧠 High attention to detail and accuracy

🗣️ Strong communication and coordination skills
