Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in financial forecasting and budgeting. The role will also involve auditing financial documents, monitoring company expenses, providing financial advice to management, and preparing documentation for regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with auditing processes and preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency in accounting software and general IT tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Chartered Accountant certification is a must
- Experience in the manufacturing or plywood industry is an advantage
