Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead finance, taxation, audit, and compliance functions while managing client engagements and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments
- Review financial statements, MIS, and books of accounts
- Handle GST, TDS, ITR, Tax Audits, and Statutory Audits
- Manage ROC/MCA compliances and filings
- Oversee client coordination, assessments, notices, and litigation support
- Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance
- Supervise team and manage multiple assignments
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit, ROC/MCA
- Experience in team handling and client management
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, Computax, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
