We Are Hiring | Chartered Accountant – Statutory Audit

Rrayze Business Solutions is expanding its Audit & Assurance team and is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to NBFC Statutory Audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Statutory Audits of NBFCs in accordance with applicable auditing standards

• Review financial statements, loan portfolios, and provisioning norms

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, IND AS, and Companies Act

• Perform vouching, verification, analytical review, and risk assessment

• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements

• Prepare audit documentation and audit reports

• Coordinate with client finance teams and internal audit professionals

Requirements

✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Statutory audit

✔ Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, Accounting Standards, and Audit Procedures

✔ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Proficiency in Excel and accounting/audit tools
