🚨 We Are Hiring | Chartered Accountant – Finance & Compliance Lead

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our leadership team and take ownership of finance, compliance, and client engagements.

This is a lead role where the candidate will manage teams, handle client relationships, and ensure timely closure of accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage a team of finance and compliance professionals

✔ Ensure timely closure of accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments

✔ Review financial statements – Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow

✔ Oversee GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations

✔ Handle internal and statutory audit engagements

✔ Manage international compliance assignments for global clients

✔ Prepare and review MIS reports, financial analysis, and dashboards

✔ Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–10 years of experience, (CA firm Experience Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance

• Experience in team management and client handling

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, Computax, SAP or similar tools

• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments and ensure closure of work
