Role Description
Position title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location - Hisar
Employment Type - Full-Time
Job Summary :
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and compliance activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting regulations and financial management.
Key responsibility:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and filing returns.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounting records.
- Provide financial advice to management for business decisions.
- Assist in payroll processing and vendor payments.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis.
Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Membership with ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Auditing and Taxation processes
- Strong knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Standards, and Accounting Standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, along with data analytics
- Any added skill or certification in the field will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance.
- Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is an advantage.
