Role Description
We are hiring a Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our office in Noida. The ideal candidate will oversee company finance operations, maintain compliance with financial regulations, prepare periodic reports, and lead audits. Key responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, tax compliance, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation. You will also play a critical role in financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimizing business processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS compliance, and auditing processes
- Proficiency in using accounting software, ERP tools, and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis
- Analytical mindset with skills in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory)
- Thorough understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in the education sector or startup environment is an advantage
