Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial and tax compliance, overseeing audits, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. The role also involves providing financial advice to support business decision-making and maintaining accounting processes and systems in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Taxation and Compliance standards, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and preparation of Financial Reports.
- Experience in Audit procedures and Risk Management strategies.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- CA certification is mandatory; additional finance-related certifications will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in corporate or vehicle rental industries is a plus.
