Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher at our office in Chinchwad (PUNE). The candidate will supervise the team in day-to-day accounting, auditing, and taxation tasks, assist in financial reporting, and support compliance procedures.
Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with clients to provide business advisory and consultancy services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing.
- Understanding of Taxation, Compliance, and Business Advisory processes.
- Proficiency in tools and software used in accounting and auditing practices.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present financial data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration.
- Membership or eligibility for membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Familiarity with Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
