ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently lead & motivate a team, supervision and finalization of taxation, audits and consultancy work.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, cross-functional teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage multiple audit assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure the team's tasks are completed on time.
KEY QUALITIES:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to Audit and Assurance during Articleship / Post Qualification.
- Strong practice mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in professional practice.
- Technology-oriented mindset with the willingness to embrace new-age audit tools, digital platforms, automation and emerging technologies to make audit processes more efficient and effective.
