Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Guwahati, Assam. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, conducting audits, analyzing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, and providing financial advice to clients as per regulatory standards. The role will also involve collaborating with teams, staying updated on financial regulations, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong accounting and auditing skills, including financial reporting and compliance
- Proficient knowledge in taxation, GST compliance, and tax advisory services
- Analytical and budget analysis skills to provide actionable financial insights
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools for efficient workflow management
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting-specific software is a plus
