Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join Macro Vision Group as a Group Chartered Accountant, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage financial operations across our Education, Healthcare, and Technology businesses.
The ideal candidate will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, internal controls, MIS reporting, and financial planning while ensuring strong governance and operational efficiency across all group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for all group entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization across business units.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis for management review.
- Support cost optimization, profitability improvement, and resource planning initiatives.
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives undertaken by the CFO.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business entities and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, or diversified business groups will be an added advantage.
