Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in South Delhi. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing income tax filings, conducting audits, handling corporate restructuring tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the candidate will provide strategic financial advice and develop solutions to optimize tax strategies and support clients' financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Restructuring, Income Tax, and financial compliance
- Strong skills in Financial Statement Preparation, Budgeting, and Auditing
- Knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools, as well as MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with clients effectively
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Chartered Accountant qualification is required; additional certifications or specializations are an advantage
- Previous experience in a professional tax consultancy or financial firm is a plus
