Responsibilities:
Conducting internal audits to evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with company policies.
• Reviewing vendor payments, expense claims, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy, authorization, and compliance.
• Performing costing analysis and monitoring cost control mechanisms to support profitability and operational efficiency.
• Preparing and analyzing budget vs. actual reports, identifying variances, and highlighting key financial insights.
• Ensuring compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and supporting accurate financial reporting.
• Reviewing accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records to identify discrepancies and risk areas.
• Recommending process improvements and strengthening internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with accounts, finance teams, and statutory/internal auditors during audits and reviews.
Requirement:
- CA Qualified candidate with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audits, Costing and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel / ERP (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or dairy industry accounting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
