Required Skills:
- Qualified CA with 2-3 years of post qualification experience of working for Real Estate/ Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and direct taxation
- Exposure to joint ventures and land acquisition accounting
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Handle project-wise accounting and profitability analysis
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control for projects
- Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings
- Ensure compliance with real estate-specific regulations like RERA
- Handle assessments, audits, and notices from tax authorities
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits
- Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls
- Manage project cash flows and fund utilization
- Maintain compliance with company law and other statutory requirements
