Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) who has successfully cleared the CA exams to support cost analysis, payroll processing, and incentive management. The role involves working closely with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing and incentive calculations
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Support cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Help in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with HR for employee data and payroll inputs
- Maintain payroll records, reconciliations, and documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Basic knowledge of payroll and finance concepts
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication skills
