It also provides RBI/FEMA advisory and compliance, corporate law and allied services, and personal taxation support for HNIs, non-resident taxation, and RERA-related matters.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The professional in this role will handle statutory audits, internal audits, and management audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing direct and indirect tax matters, supporting tax assessments and litigation, and assisting with international taxation and transfer pricing assignments. The role also involves advising clients on GST, RBI/FEMA compliance, corporate law matters, and other regulatory issues, as well as preparing detailed working papers and documentation. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with partners and team members, participate in client meetings, and contribute to process improvements and quality control within the firm.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with valid membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Strong technical skills in accounting, auditing standards, and financial reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements.
- Knowledge of direct taxation, including income tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax litigation procedures.
- Understanding of indirect taxation such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance, filings, and advisory work.
- Familiarity with RBI/FEMA regulations, corporate law, and allied compliance requirements, including FDI/ODI and ECB matters.
- Proficiency in audit tools and accounting software, with solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and interact professionally with clients.
