Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in New Delhi. The Chartered Accountant will manage and execute financial audits, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and provide guidance on company law matters. The responsibilities include analyzing financial operations, advising on tax strategies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves consulting clients on improving financial efficiency and adhering to local and international financial standards.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
- Strong expertise in accountancy, financial reporting, and auditing
- Proficiency in tax compliance, taxation strategies, and regulatory frameworks
- Thorough understanding of Company Law, FERA/FEMA, and related legal matters
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience in auditing public sector undertakings, banks, or cooperative societies is an advantage
Compenstion
Salary: Upto 8,40,000 per annum (CTC).
