About the Role
Incredipets is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing D2C environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and deadlines
- Coordinate with tax authorities and handle notices, if any
Audit & Controls
- Handle internal and statutory audits
- Liaise with external auditors and consultants
- Implement financial controls and risk management practices
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Provide insights for cost optimization and profitability
Business & Strategic Support
- Support leadership with financial insights and MIS reports
- Evaluate new business initiatives and investments
- Assist in fundraising, due diligence, if required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified CA from
- Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounting standards (IND AS / GAAP)
- GST, Income Tax, TDS
- Proficiency in:
- Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
- Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C / eCommerce / Startup environment
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and vendor management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
