Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified
Chartered Accountant with at least
2 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting, financial reporting, and administrative responsibilities. The candidate must have
excellent communication skills as the role requires regular interaction with
international/foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with foreign clients for financial queries, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist in internal audits and external audits.
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance and office operations.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in client handling, especially foreign clients, preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in accounting, compliance, and administration roles.
- Exposure to international client communication will be an added advantage.
