Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Taxation: Manage direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets, monitor variances, and provide insights for business decisions.
- Reconciliation: Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, keeping updated with changing regulations.
- Cost Control: Analyze costs, identify areas for savings, and assist in cost optimization strategies.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling audits and tax assessments.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS filing processes.
