Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, based in Ahmedabad. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing audits, handling tax filings, and providing financial advice to guide business strategy. This role also involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective financial management and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Expertise in tax compliance, financial regulations, and audit preparation
- Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Skilled in accounting software, advanced Excel, and other financial tools
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across departments
- Chartered Accountant qualification and relevant certifications
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
- Knowledge of the salon or retail industry would be advantageous
