Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance, Compliance & Investment Operations
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to handle and supervise accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, investment-related accounting, and overall financial management for multiple group entities and individual accounts.
The role requires practical exposure in financial services, investment-related activities, securities transactions, and capital market operations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing financial, taxation, banking, compliance, and reporting responsibilities while coordinating with management, consultants, banks, auditors, and internal teams.
A dedicated in-house accounting executive is available for routine accounting and operational support activities; the role will primarily focus on supervision, compliance, taxation, reporting, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Supervision and review of day-to-day accounting activities
- Finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
- Ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, and fund flow monitoring
- Review of internal accounting processes and financial controls
- Coordination with internal accounting executive and management
Investment & Financial Operations
- Handling accounting and reconciliation of investment and securities transactions
- Understanding of stock market, capital market, treasury, and investment-related activities
- Monitoring portfolio accounting, fund movements, and financial reporting
Taxation & Compliance
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, Advance Tax, and statutory compliance management
- Coordination for GST/TDS returns, audits, notices, and departmental matters
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and regulatory professionals
ROC, RBI & Banking Coordination
- ROC and company law compliance coordination
- RBI/NBFC and DNBS related compliance handling (where applicable)
- Banking documentation, loan coordination, and financial submissions
Additional Responsibilities
- Managing compliance timelines and multiple entities efficiently
- Assisting management in financial planning, reporting, and operational matters
Preferred Candidate Background

- Broking or capital market environments
- Investment and treasury-related accounting
- Manufacturing companies with strong financial operations
The candidate should have understanding of:
- Investment accounting

- Capital gains taxation
- Banking and treasury operations
- Financial reporting and compliance
- Fund flow and portfolio-related accounting
Candidates having experience only in traditional accounting, basic GST filing, or routine taxation work without relevant exposure to financial market or investment-related activities may not be suitable for this role.
