JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to work closely with leadership on business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ensure timely compliance
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Support in structuring deals, contracts, and financial decision-making
SPECIFICATION:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA mandatory)
- 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

QUALIFICATION:
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or SME businesses
- Exposure to multi-entity accounting or group structures
- Understanding of financial automation tools or ERP systems
