Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns and compliance documentation, performing audits, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing business performance. Additional tasks also entail providing guidance for business restructuring, ensuring statutory compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Experience in Taxation, Tax Compliance, and Taxation Policies
- Proficiency in Auditing, Forecasting, and Business Valuation
- Familiarity with Global Accounting Standards, International Taxation, and Compliance Requirements
- Strong Analytical, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Prior experience in financial or strategic advisory roles is a plus
- Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Debt Fundraising is beneficial
