We're building something genuinely exciting at Greaves Finance Limited— India's dedicated EV financing platform, ev.fin — and I'm looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Bangalore.
Not a CA to sit in a corner and tick compliance boxes.
A CA who wants to own things.
Here's what the role actually looks like on a typical week:
You're closing the books for an NBFC that's financing electric vehicles across the country. You're computing ECL provisions under Ind AS 109, reconciling LMS to GL, preparing RBI returns, and supporting the ALM statement — all while making sure the financials are audit-ready and board-presentable.
It's real work. From Day 1.
What I'm looking for:
- Qualified CA — 0 to 2 years post-qualification
- Articleship in NBFC, banking, or financial services audit is a big plus
- Solid grasp of Ind AS, Schedule III, and the basics of NBFC compliance
- Someone who's sharp on Excel and curious about automation
- Honestly — attitude matters more than experience at this level
What you'll get in return:
In most first jobs, a CA spends 2–3 years doing narrow work before getting real exposure. Here, you'll be working directly with senior finance leadership, contributing to lender reporting, board packs, and regulatory filings from the start.
The EV financing space in India is at an inflection point. Policy tailwinds, growing OEM partnerships, and a credit infrastructure that's still being built — you'll be part of building it.
