đź’°Compensation: 9.5 LPA Fixed + 25% Variable Pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of statutory audits under the guidance of seniors/managers.
- Perform audit procedures such as vouching, verification, and substantive testing.
- Review financial statements, trial balances, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS), Companies Act, and audit regulations.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation as per firm standards.
- Assist in preparation of audit reports and final deliverables.
- Support in audit planning, execution, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with client finance teams for data collection, confirmations, and clarifications.
- Identify audit issues and escalate observations to seniors appropriately.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of statutory audit concepts and accounting principles
- Understanding of Ind AS / AS, Companies Act, Schedule III, and CARO (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation skills
