Job Summary:
We are seeking a CA Fresher to join our dynamic team at the Corporate Office. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support in audits, including statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost control activities.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and forecasting.
• Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
