Job Purpose:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) on mid-level with strong expertise in banking and finance to manage financial operations, banking relationships, and fund management for our manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient cash flow, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle working capital management, including cash flow, fund planning, and utilization
- Prepare and review banking documentation such as CMA data, loan proposals, and renewal submissions
- Monitor and manage credit facilities (CC/OD limits, term loans, LC, BG, etc.)
- Ensure timely compliance with bank covenants and reporting requirements
- Oversee treasury operations and optimize interest costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning and budgeting
- Manage statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Qualification & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory) having 5–6 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit management, and financial structuring
- Experience in handling multiple banking relationships
- Proficiency in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and budgeting
- Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in handling large-scale manufacturing finance
· Knowledge of project finance and loan syndication
· Ability to manage high-value transactions and funding requirements
