โข Support transaction advisory assignments
โข Evaluate transaction-related tax implications, financial and due diligence risks along with value drivers.
โข Develop insights that support founders, investors and VC funds in making informed decisions.
โข Prepare high-quality financial analyses, and client deliverables.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ
โข Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Tax and Due Diligence Advisory.
โข Exposure to financial due diligence, transaction advisory and tax analysis.
โข Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.
โข Effective communication skills and a client-focused approach.
โข Ownership, curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.
