Role Description The Chartered Accountant at AImploy will manage end-to-end financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, preparation of financial statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Responsibilities include overseeing statutory compliance, tax planning and filings, audits, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize financial processes, and prepare reports for leadership and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to present clear insights to stakeholders.
- Experience with audits, internal controls, and compliance, including statutory filings and coordination with external auditors.
- Strong skills in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with non-finance teams and leadership.
- Prior experience in a technology-driven or high-growth environment is an advantage; familiarity with AI or HR tech is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
