Role Description
This is an internship role for a Chartered Accountant Articles trainee at M G R A & Associates. As a trainee, you will be involved in day-to-day activities such as preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws, assisting in audits, analyzing financial data, and supporting the team with various accounting and business advisory assignments. This is an on-site role based in Anna Nagar East, offering hands-on experience and exposure to diverse business scenarios.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Taxation, GST compliance, and Income Tax regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting software
- Ability to conduct Audit Procedures and ensure statutory compliance
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and building expertise in finance and compliance
- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) course
