Role Description
We are building a high-performance advisory platform working closely with mid-sized corporates on capital raising, debt advisory, and strategic finance looking for driven, disciplined, and high-ownership individuals who want to build a strong career in finance.

* Financial modelling, credit analysis & project report preparation
* Debt advisory mandates & capital structuring
* Bank interactions, sanction processes & compliance execution
* Live exposure to client transactions and deal execution

This is an on-site role for a Chartered Accountant Article Assistant, located in Pune.
Qualification/Quality
- Basic understanding of Finance and Accounts
- Candidate must be having an attitude of taking ownership of work alloted.
- Knowledge of statutory Requirements and Financial reporting
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to varied projects in a dynamic environment
