Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Accounting & Team Lead
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead accounting assignments and
manage a team of 5 professionals. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for
financial reporting, compliance, and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,
and adherence to applicable regulations, supporting team and co-ordination with client
for various reporting requirements as per scope.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank
reconciliations
Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and
Companies Act and suggestion based on company and auditors’ inputs.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including MIS.
Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
2. Team Management
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 5 accounting professionals.
Allocate work, review outputs, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide training/support.
3. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.)
Review TDS, GST workings and ensure filling within deadlines.
Liaise with auditors, other departments within company.
4. Client/Assignment Handling
Act as a single point of contact for client queries and escalations.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
5. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
Implement best practices and automation where feasible.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
1–2 years of post-qualification experience/ Fresher
Experience in handling end-to-end accounting and team management.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1/ SAP, or similar) and Excel
Good communication and client-handling skills
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work under deadlines, pressure and manage priorities eectively.
Exposure to audit and compliance environment is an added advantage.
