Position: Chartered Accountant – Agency for Specialised Monitoring (ASM)
📍 Location: New Delhi
💼 Department: Banking & Project Consultancy / ASM Division
🎓 Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
📊 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years, preferably in Banking, Credit Monitoring or ASM Assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake Agency for Specialised Monitoring (ASM) assignments for Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Monitor cash flows, fund utilisation and end-use of bank finance.
- Analyse financial statements, working capital requirements and banking transactions.
- Conduct stock audits, verification of book debts and drawing power assessments.
- Identify financial irregularities, diversion of funds and early warning signals.
- Review compliance with loan sanction terms and conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive ASM reports for Banks and Consortium Lenders.
- Coordinate with Banks, Borrowers and other stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA).
✅ Prior experience in ASM assignments, credit monitoring, stock audits or bank audits.
✅ Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
✅ Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
✅ Ability to independently handle ASM assignments.
Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in ASM assignments for Public Sector Banks.
💰 Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
