Role Description
This is a mandatory two-year on-site CA Articleship role based in Bengaluru. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure across various professional assignments including audit, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements
- Supporting accounting and financial statement preparation
- Assisting with income tax compliance and GST filings
- Performing financial data analysis
- Supporting regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Working on assignments across clients from multiple sectors
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to real-world financial and regulatory processes while developing strong technical and professional skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:
- Cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups)
- Completed mandatory ICAI Orientation Programme and ITT Training
Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
- Basic understanding of Direct Taxation and GST compliance
- Familiarity with bank reconciliations and Excel-based analysis
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software or ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
