Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Charter Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing tailored aviation solutions. You will oversee the sales lifecycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals, all while ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of charter services and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, ideally in the aviation or related industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of charter services, flight operations, and aviation industry standards
- Ability to develop strategies for client retention, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to accommodate travel, client meetings, and other job-specific demands
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field (preferred)
