Position Duties
Education and Experience:
An equivalent combination of relevant training, education and experience:
- Associate’s Degree:
- One (1) year of experience in administrative support and clerical work.
Licenses and/or Certificates: N/AMinimum Qualifications
In your day-to-day journey, the Engineering Coordinator in Utilities processes commercial service applications, manages developer agreements and legal service requests, and tracks private development project closeouts. The role prepares BCC agenda items for consideration, white papers, and presentations, and assists with policy updates and interdepartmental coordination.
Daily duties also include supporting utility administrators with workshops and budget documentation, maintaining records and plans, preparing correspondence and reports, and providing responsive customer service, problem-solving, and complaint resolution.
