Position Summary:
Charlie’s CDJR is seeking a motivated and reliable Express Lane Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the automotive industry. The Express Lane Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Ensure timely completion of services to meet express lane expectations
- Provide exceptional service to customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
