Charles River Medical Associates, with over 75 compassionate providers providing leading-edge clinical care, offers high-quality service at 15 locations spread across 9 MetroWest communities. Our Diagnostic Imaging centers in Framingham and Marlborough offer CT, Digital X-Ray, 3D Mammography, Ultrasound, Bone Density, Nuclear Medicine, as well as other various Cardiology exams.
This Medical Secretary role is in our busy radiology office in Framingham (covering in Marlboro as needed). Seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Secretary to join our dedicated team. This position requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. Previous Radiology or Medical Assistant experience is required. Epic experience is a plus!
Qualifications:
- Previous radiology or medical assistant experience required
- Epic experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient computer ability (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p

Requirements
- Responsible for appointment and exam scheduling.
- Verifying Insurance
- Proficiently processes referrals and prior authorizations.
- Previous Radiology or Medical experience is preferable.
- Experience with EPIC, Opal or Infinitt preferred.
Summary
- Employees who work 24 hours or more a week are Benefit Eligible
- Health Insurance: 90% of premium paid by CRMA for fulltime staff, prorated for part-time.
