Charging System / Triage Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–8 Years
Joining Preference: Immediate / Early Joiners
We are looking for skilled professionals with strong expertise in EV Charging Systems, HiL Testing, and Triage Engineering.
🔧 Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of hands-on HiL testing experience in an automotive environment
• Strong understanding of EV charging architectures: OBC, DC-DC Converter, BMS, CCU, EVSE, Power Electronics
• Proficiency in charging communication protocols: IEC 61851, ISO 15118, DIN SPEC 70121, CHAdeMO, GB/T
• Hands-on experience with NI VeriStand for real-time model deployment & testing
• Experience with Vector EVSE Toolkit for EVSE simulation (ISO 15118 / DIN SPEC 70121)
• Strong working knowledge of Vector CANoe / CANalyzer & CAPL scripting
• Experience in setting up & maintaining HiL rigs (FIU, I/O interfacing, signal conditioning)
• Strong debugging & triaging skills with defect management experience
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of EV charging standards: SAE J1772, IEC 62196, UL 2202
• Understanding of HV safety & EV electrical architecture (400V / 800V platforms)
• Proficient in CAN, LIN, DBC, FIBEX, ARXML & UDS diagnostics
