About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Chargebee, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our customers by building strong relationships, understanding their unique business needs, and helping them achieve their goals using our subscription management platform. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers - Proactively identify opportunities to drive product adoption and expand usage - Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and processes, and provide tailored solutions - Anticipate and address customer needs through regular check-ins, strategic planning, and issue resolution - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure success, and provide recommendations for improvement - Advocate for customer needs and provide valuable feedback to the product team - Participate in customer events, webinars, and other activities to build customer trust and loyalty Required Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams - Experience with customer success best practices, including account management, product adoption, and retention strategies - Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics to track and measure customer success metrics - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
