Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Charge Poster Team Lead located in New Delhi. The Charge Poster Team Lead will oversee and manage charge posting processes to ensure accurate and timely submission. Responsibilities include overseeing a team, ensuring compliance with client policies, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiencies. The role will also require generating regular reports on team performance and meeting targets for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in charge posting, coding, and revenue cycle management
- Team leadership, training, and performance management skills
- Expertise in AR & Denial Management and knowledge of payer policies
- Technical skills in using healthcare software, automation tools, and IT solutions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Prior experience in the healthcare revenue cycle domain is essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management or related field
