Job Title: Channel Strategy Specialist (IT Power + non-core)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Channel Strategy Specialist with over 15 years of proven experience in managing and growing channel partner ecosystems for commercial UPS, micro UPS or computer peripherals. The ideal candidate will bring deep market insights, strong business acumen, and a solid network of distributors and dealers in the power electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and execute Channel Partner Sales Policy.
- Expertise in developing and managing Distributors, Dealers and Value-Added Resellers .
- Deep understanding of channel distribution models .
- Experience of driving large Channel Sales team.
- Ability to train and develop Channel Sales team members and Channel Partners.
- Ability to resolve Channel conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among all Channel Partners .
- Familiar with Channel market of major UPS & LVD.
- Have implemented Marketing Campaigns along with Channel Partners in different territories .
- Responsible for Development and Management of Channel Partners in all over India for IT Power as well as Non-Core Segment.
- Identifying and onboarding new channel partners PAN India. Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Providing regular support and training to the Channel Partners to enhance their performance. Regular Monitoring and liquidation of stock maintained by Channel Partners.
- Regular Stock monitoring of all Partners. Introducing and implementing Partner Schemes, promotional activities and campaigns on regular intervals.
- Expanding the Channel network in new regions / markets.
- Assessment of market potential and identifying the gaps in channel coverage and fulfil these gaps by introducing new Partners.
- Improve efficiency and productivity of all existing Channel partners. Framing of Annual Partner Agreements and regular updating on regular intervals.
- Setting of Annual and Quarterly targets for all Channel Partners and regular evaluation. Ensuring that all Channel Partners are adhering to company policies, processes and ethical standards.
Qualification:
- B.E./B. Tech. - Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics/ Elec
- trical15+ years of experience in channel sales, specifically in commercial UPS, micro UPS or computer peripherals.
- Strong understanding of power electronics products.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing channel networks across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a channel sales team if required.
