Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Professional based in Bangalore Urban. The primary responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with channel partners, promoting SOBHA's projects, driving sales performance through effective partner engagement, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The professional will work closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and provide timely updates and feedback to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for engaging with clients and partners
- Proven experience in Relationship Management and Collaboration with channel partners
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Market and Property Trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven, capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate, channel sales, or related industries will be an added advantage
